Breath blocking
Blocking breathing without bringing to a blackout is very painful. The most commonly used technique, which can be seen in films, is immersing your face in water for a short time (for 30 seconds) and then throwing your head back so that the water enters your nose.

Of the currently used techniques, we mention the whipping of fresh nettles on the genitals. This causes severe pain, then the affected area swells.
If you have the time and natural resources, you can use ants or mosquitoes. The Chinese tied their naked victim to an anthill and these small insects literally pulled it apart piece by piece. Some sadists cut the victim's belly, near the liver, and let the ants go there. Mosquitoes, unlike ants, do not need to be looked for - they will find you themselves. Or rather, not you, but your sacrifice. It is enough to tie an individual naked in a damp shaded forest to a tree - little vampires will flock and suck all the blood out of him. A simple and practical torture method that does not require anything exotic.

Chemical substances
Some substances have a strong irritant, asphyxiant and scalding effect.
With the help of a syringe, ether, battery acid, concentrated salt solution or ordinary cow's milk are injected under the nails, into the scrotum or simply under the skin. Ether and acid cause severe pain: the victim is ready to literally pull out the painful spot with his nails. Milk under the skin causes severe inflammation and long-lasting, debilitating pain.
Intravenous administration of 40 mg of Ditilin is very effective. It is used in operations with anesthesia as well as in veterinary medicine for immobilizing animals. Ditilin relaxes the muscles and paralyzes them. In no more than a minute, the heart begins to beat less often, the muscles of the limbs will be covered with paralysis, passing, then to the chest, diaphragm and respiratory muscles. At the same time, the object remains fully conscious, it clearly experiences a feeling of impending death, with active manifestations of inexpressible horror, which lasts from 2 to 5 minutes. At the moment when suffocation appears, a person is required to give the necessary information, with a promise to introduce an antidote.
For the same purpose, instead of ditilin, 1–2 ml of clonidine solution can be injected subcutaneously. Next, tell the subject that you injected him with poison and, if not injected within 20 minutes. antidote, then he will die. The victim will experience increasing dizziness and darkening in the eyes and eventually collapse. Antidote - 1 ml of caffeine solution and 2 ml of cordiamine intravenously.
"Technical ammonia solution 25%" has a strong irritant effect. Even getting into the face of its vapors causes a sharp pain in the nose and eyes.
The pharmacy sells "Finalgon" - a warming ointment for radiculitis. Smearing tiny amounts of it on the genitals or eyes causes severe burning pain, although the action of Finalgon is absolutely safe (it does not leave burns). You cannot wash off the finalgon with water; it can be wiped off with a napkin with vegetable oil. If there is no finalgon, use a small cayenne pepper instead.
Electric current
One of the wonders of our civilization that has brought fresh variety to the backpack. Suffice it to recall the electric chair. But let's not talk about sad things!
The use of an electric current of a metered value has proven itself well. To do this, stock up on a transformer with an adjustable output voltage in the range of 15-220 V.
Functional electrodes are attached with a plaster to different parts of the body. Wipes moistened with salt solution can be placed under the electrodes.

Injections
Relatively safe, but very painful procedure.

To torture with needles, you need to know the anatomy well so as not to damage vital organs. The simplest thing is to stick needles under the victim's nails. Very painful! If you use wooden pegs or matches for this procedure (which break off after being stuck in), then severe suppuration and inflammation of the subungual region occurs, which is painful in itself.
The next technique is to push the muscles: biceps, triceps, shoulder muscles, calf muscles, thigh muscles, abdominal muscles, the upper edge of the muscle above the collarbone, buttocks. First, the muscle is slightly pinched and pulled, then the needle is inserted. Thus, you can pierce the muscle through and through.
Piercing with long thin needles in the abdomen is relatively safe and has a strong psychological effect on the subject. The same can be said about piercing the scrotum. But piercing the penis and eyeballs is extremely, extremely unpleasant!
Professionals know the location of the nerve nodes in the human body and can go directly to the nerve. This creates indescribable pain! One of the types of "prickly" torture is threading fishhooks into the victim's body and then pulling them out with pliers. A thin drill is clamped into the electric drill, with which the muscles (hand, foot) of the subject are drilled.
The victim's hands and feet are nailed to any wooden surface. This is one of the methods of restraint, when the victim hurts himself while trying to escape.
Cuts
Cuts are made with a razor blade or a sharpened knife.
Facial cuts are very painful and cause severe bleeding. With cuts on the forehead, the subject literally becomes blind from the streams of blood pouring into the eyes. Painful incisions in the chest and abdomen.

Rack
The device is as old as the world. You need a block attached to the ceiling or just a thick beam over which a fairly thick rope is thrown.
