Our official chat, which had over 10,000 members, has been blocked.
Following a change in policy, Telegram is now blocking all "underground" (carding) chats, as well as the accounts of their creators.
Our forum is not at risk of similar blocks. Furthermore, using that messaging app does not guarantee adherence to OPSEC (operational security) protocols.
Once the forum reaches a sufficient level of activity, the plan is to transition to a private mode of operation.
The chat function will then be integrated as an additional feature — specifically, it will be implemented via a forum plugin.
