Well, I've bought from Authorize before and gotten good cards at low prices that have hit, but there’s something fundamental to keep in mind: if you buy a card from Authorize, you have 3 minutes to check it. If it’s live, the check costs money, and if it’s not, you get a refund for both the card and the check.
In cczuz.biz basically you buy a DEAD and reselled card for $1 or less, and the check costs $1. They make more money from the checker than from the cards, which is basically a scam since everything there is dead.
