here an example of new bin !
445471 Fortis bank BELGIUM ( not have level card )
465941 HSBC BANK UNITED KINGDOM

need get Bin list updated for new bin to get as format :
465923 DEBIT CLASSIC BARCLAYS BANK PLC UNITED KINGDOM
