I'm a newbie to carding and I've always had the question: What can you do with a public CC of a drop and how to use it and more importantly where to use it? With my null knowledge I know that to do carding you need a good sock of the location of the card but some public CCs only give vague information. and where to use them

Public CC, as well as generated CC, can be used as payment on many sites.
