Paypal help needed

Ok, we have a problem (or should I say I have a problem). Been using paypal for a long time now in many different ways..

Recently pp got worse (added more security). I cant withdraw money with new accounts. PP always blocks and asks for proof of delivery. Tried providing valid tracking numbers, still dont unblock until receiver gets package and confirms.

Before did with 600-700e a time, a month ago with <500$, now get blocked at >200$.

Any ideas how to beat this? tried all sort of money requests (for goods, for services...)

*Note - all accounts are new, all different names, all have good cc on it, with all the info and verified. CLEAN.

Depends on a lot of factors man.

If you're doing this with eBay you have to make sure eBay account info matches the PayPal.

Also you can't withdraw money from the accounts to your bank without a lot of security red tape.

Best to do is spend on virtual items or buy items from eBay right away. That's the only way I know of using PayPals

No its not with ebay. And no, not bank withdrawals, its cc withdrawals. What do you mean security red tape? All accounts are my, I own cc and they info.

I dont need virtual items, I need cash. Buying from ebay and paying with it isnt an option a long time ago, as it blocks ur acc and returns money back and asks for shipping info for the payment you received.
