Steps
CMD => Netsh => AdvFirewall => Set Rule to allow incoming TCP traffic to new port you will use
Windows+R => Regedit => Hkey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\Winstations\Rdp-Tcp => Modify to custom port value (use decimal)
