About GR.Cards 1.1. About the software GR.Cards is a software product designed to read, store and analyze data from driver cards. There are 3 ways to download data from driver cards when working with GR.Cards: 1. Through a smart card reader using the GR.Cards reader program (for more details, see here); 2. From a tachograph via a USB flash card using a company card; 3. Through remote data upload (more details can be found here). Decryption, analysis and storage of data from all reading points is available in the GR.Cards Personal Account (for more details, see here). Data exchange is carried out through the Georoute server (data from the reading points are sent to the server, decrypted and transferred to the Personal Account).

Free and paid functionality of GR.Cards Upon registration, the user is provided with a demo period of 14 days with access to all the features of the service. Further, the user is determined with a list of necessary modules for purchase or uses the free version of the program. Paid modules of the program: Driver control Car fleet control Legislation Free of charge Driver control Car fleet control Legislation Reading the driver's card Reading the digital signature Unlocking the driver card (if there is a PUK code) Recognizing any types of cards (SKZI, AETR) Storing readddd files Definition of "driving without a card" Automatic division into shifts Bypassing errors on the card about the need to read the card Creation of an unlimited number of reading points Work statistics of 1 driver.

Requirements for PC when working with GR.Cards To organize reading points: PC with installed GR.Cards reader program Windows XP SP3 and higher operating system Installed NET.Framework 4.0 and higher application Internet access (3G modem is enough) Smart reader -cards To work with the Personal Account, the requirements are minimal: Operating system Windows XP SP3 and higher Installed application NET.Framework 4.0 and higher Access to the Internet.

Data completeness Available in free version Indicates the share of the vehicle fleet with driver card mileage in the total mileage. The value ranges from 0% to 100%, where: 0% - 100% driving without a driver card; 100% - no driving without a driver card. The higher the value, the better. A lower value affects the reliability of all reports in GR.CARDS. If drivers do not insert the card into the tachograph, then the card does not contain the necessary data for analysis. Vehicle Relevance Latest data Detail List of vehicles with state number plates Indication of mileage jumps with details of the period and mileage (to display, click on “There are mileage jumps” in the “Car” column) Completeness of vehicle data (mileage with driver card / total car mileage) Date of the last movement of the vehicle, which was recorded by the tachograph and read in GR.

Remote unloading of data from the tachograph Remote unloading the tachograph itself reads the driver card and sends the readddd file to the client's server. GR.CARDS accepts ddd files from all major Russian tachographs. 5.1 Reading driver cards Different tachographs have a different mechanism for sending ddd files to the server. Basically, it all comes down to two ways. The tachograph itself decides when to read the data from the card and send it to the server. The tachograph monitors the number of days from the date of the last reading and, if more than X days have passed, reads the driver card and sends it to the server. In this case, you need to set this X yourself when setting up (calibrating) the tachograph. We recommend not to save money and set the minimum interval. For most tachographs, this is 1 day. The tachograph informs the server which card is installed, and the server decides to request a ddd file from the tachograph. The GR.CARDS server supports both scenarios. The value on the server is specified for 1 day (sending a DDD file takes about 30kb). 5.2 Recognition of driver's GR.Cards cards The GR.CARDS server recognizes the * .DDD file sent by the tachograph and binds the driver to the GR.CARDS account as follows: If the driver's card has already been read in GR.CARDS, the data from the card is sent to the account where it was read for the last time. If the card has not been read anywhere, the data from the card is sent to the account that has the same car as on the card sent by the tachograph. If the first two steps are unsuccessful, the account is searched for by the lists of tachograph serial numbers and by the numbers of the drivers' cards that were set in advance. P. 46 The GR.CARDS server supports both scenarios. If the first two steps are unsuccessful, the account is searched for by the lists of tachograph serial numbers and by the numbers of the drivers' cards that were set in advance. You can send us in advance either a list of your drivers' card numbers, or a list of tachograph numbers from which data will be received. 5.3 Methods for remote data uploading When uploading data remotely to the Georoute server from a tachograph, several methods are possible: From a tachograph equipped with a GSM modem; Via bluetooth module; Through terminals; Via the monitoring system Uploading data from a tachograph with an Atol Shtrikh-M GSM modem via the SHTRIKH-M: TachoMaster program Shtrikh-M via SMS Mercury Setting When configuring the tachograph, you need to specify the address and port of the monitoring server Server: georoute.ru Port: When In the setting, specify: tachoserver georoute.ru:20808 Make sure that the SMS service is enabled on the SIM card Find out which access code was used to calibrate the tachograph. Default In the following examples, we will use the default code. Send the tachograph an SMS with the text: 1234 # srvtacho = georoute.ru, 20808 Send the tachograph an SMS with the text: 1234 # upddd = 1,1 After each command, the tachograph should send you an SMS of the format XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX # SRVTACHO: OK or XXXXXXXXXX. where xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is the serial number of the tachograph. When configuring and calibrating the tachograph, specify as the monitoring server: server: georoute.ru port.
