I CAN'T SLEEP ALREADY HALF OF A YEAR, MY CHEST is torn, AND THIS IS WHY.
Actually why I am writing this post. Everyone is already vaccinated, everyone has been ill for a long time, and the pandemic still left behind a rather unpleasant aftertaste. I had been ill with coronavirus for a long time and I was convinced that this disease is definitely worse than what we are told about it on TV. And it affects first of all our brain, and only then the lungs and the digestive tract.
This damn disease has divided my life into "before" and "after". I think, like many of you. My poor nervous system has gone along the female line and completely refuses to cooperate. For half a year now I have not been able to sleep properly. Symptoms are as follows - tingling all over the body, more often in the chest area; heartbeat is constantly heard; a focus on breathing, in which it constantly seems to you that you are not breathing well enough, well, my favorite is an abrupt waking up at night with tremors all over the body and even cold sweat. Several times a night. It seems like a trifle until it happens to you every day. I have never had this before, but believe me, my inconveniences are just flowers. My friend, in addition to the above, has constant panic attacks 3 times a day and a pre-depression state. This means that she feels bad for no objective physiological reason. She is absolutely healthy, but it feels like life is coming out of her. And it all began exactly after the coronavirus. Plus, interestingly, all of the symptoms worsened during the vaccinations. Similar deterioration was noticed by many of my acquaintances and friends, so conspiracy theories involuntarily come into my head, but I'm still holding on. Yes, you can say that people like me just screw themselves up, and there are no real problems. Agree. I am completely healthy, which was confirmed by a medical examination. I realize that the problem is in my head, but there is nothing I can do about it. I try to divert my attention, not think about it, but it just doesn't work. Doctors shrug their shoulders, since the thing is new, so you have to figure it out yourself. Eventually I found a way out and maybe.
The first step is to grasp the root of the problem. Symptoms such as chest pain, palpitations and breathing are about psychosomatics, about which I will release a separate post. In a nutshell, if we figured out that we are sick, then the symptoms will catch up by themselves. The whole problem is in the nervous system, which was obviously somehow mysteriously damaged during the virus. Therefore, I decided to proceed as follows - first we remove the interfering symptoms, and then prevention.
How to remove all these annoying symptoms, if their source is our brain? I'll tell you right away that you won't be able to come to an agreement with your brain. Even if you understand that you are healthy and you are doing well, constant paranoia will manifest itself over and over again. Therefore, unable to bear it, I turned to medication. I started with the usual sedatives, which I'll talk about tomorrow. Valerian will certainly not help here, but stronger pieces may well remove the alarm. For example, only tranquilizers helped my friend. Further, with regard to prevention. Regime and healthy sleep. If you go to bed late, and even with your phone in your arms, it harms the nervous system. Therefore, I completely abandoned such a lifestyle. The second is meditation. Not direct meditation, but just calming exercises. It can be yoga or running. Well, in general, that's all. I will not say,
Here is the story of a good friend of mine. You should read it.

And what about you? Have you experienced similar post-covid disorders? Write in the comments. I am sure that many of you have experienced such symptoms, so share your advice on calming down and in this way we will help each other. In the meantime, scientists figure out what is wrong with our nerves, it remains only to sit in the lotus position. Bye everyone!
