If it don't pass to vbv page its because cc(not correct bin or country) or socks, or some other shit, but not because of DEAD mostly even dead cards go on vbv...
but thanks to all for other feedbacks, I think won't start using shop for a while, till feedbacks will be better...

I've got same problem here.
cc was checked in shop checker and was 00,approved.
then i try to use,i bought 3 from same bin,they all had expire month 10/11.
none of them worked for 10 euro.
then i checked on private checker for 0,01 to 0,03 $ and worked.
when i tried with 7$ don't work..so the card are low balance.
