A large number of brands will rebuild their advertising concepts and even entire product lines, creating a new, relevant image for their product. Retail brands will focus as much as possible on how the consumer perceives their product.

On-demand service

Today, the idea of unique on-demand services is creating a new retail model. Retailers offer their customers unique products based on their needs and personal tastes.

To create a comfortable design for a product, you no longer need to create hundreds of sketches. It is enough to simulate the product at the request of the buyer and send it to print directly in the supermarket's trading floor.

Balance between generations

Young people are ready to use various technological innovations that modern retail offers. But merchants need to consider other age groups, who are often willing to spend more in shopping malls but are reluctant to switch to new trading models.

Despite the fact that these trends are more typical for trading floors in advanced economies, Ukrainian startups are already ready to offer domestic retail some of the described technologies, for example, Bluetooth beacons. And the demand for technology among young people and the relative indifference to e-commerce on the part of older people is a progressive trend in many countries.
