Am I being scammed

Hello everyone I’m new to carding and was looking for a mentor on a carding forum to take me under there wing and show me the game so I found somone that said he will first show me sms spamming to get bank logs and ccs he told me it will cost me about 800 bucks for everything i need. he said his coder friend will charge 250 for a custom scampage with strong antibott or 500 for a private one and 300 for the sms sender script with 25 twillio accounts and 20 for the whm I’m sceptical as hell couse I been burned so many times trying to find somone to mentor me on other forums the dude talks like he knows what’s up but I can’t afford to get burned again so if u guys can please give ur honest feedback it would be much appreciated ?

only one thing i can suggest, use escrow service or ask that guy if he accept that if not then be careful. U can use escrow on WWH or Verified forum or here but Im not yet verified as an official, no reviews yet
