western union is imposible to break.. unless you have the fullz,, well phone number must match also to the billing address when you call.. they can see that cause they have a caller id

nope son.. western union will ask your phone number to call you... they will not allow cell number.. i must be match to your card billing phone..i repeat a HARD LANDLINE PHONE
