Often, after purchasing a new smartphone, the previous device is put into a drawer as unnecessary. In such a situation, an old gadget can be given a second life by making a portable "spy station" out of it.

With the help of the Haven app (https://guardianproject.github.io/haven/), co-developed by Edward Snowden, every Android smartphone will turn into a kind of surveillance system that will use all kinds of device sensors to monitor the environment. So, the accelerometer, for example, will record movements, the microphone will keep the surrounding noise, and the camera will automatically record video when it detects movements.

The received data can be stored both in the device's memory and sent by SMS messages, sending to a messenger or saved to the cloud using a secure network.
