We don’t act because we’re afraid that it won’t work out, that’s why we don’t succeed, that’s why we don’t act because we’re afraid that we won’t succeed - that’s such a vicious circle.

Agree, it is very unpleasant when you fail. You are doing something and then suddenly boom and you realize that there is no result and you are met with malicious smiles addressed to you - “Well? How? Bought a car? How is business doing there?” And it’s like, “Well, okay! It's okay, we'll slowly move! We’re launching soon!” And you understand inside, my line of defense is not working.

At school we were taught not to make mistakes, we were punished for mistakes, we missed one comma in a dictation - all four. If you are a surgeon, I support punishment for mistakes; if you are studying, for example, medicine, please do not make mistakes. But if you were not mistaken, then you will not be able to become a good entrepreneur.

An error is just an indicator of your inaccuracy. You thought it would be like this, but it turned out differently. These gaps between what you expected and what happened, as a rule, are filled with either sadness, resentment, or anger. This is how your brain protects your ego, as a rule, this is a situation when something doesn’t work out and you see it in reality. It is so uncomfortable for our psyche that we try to avoid failures altogether. Therefore, avoid actions where the result will be obvious.

For example: I remember as a child avoiding sports where my results were obvious. I didn't want others to see that I ran slower than others. And where the result is not obvious, where participation itself is important, where you can imitate the activity while saving face, on the contrary, it is very comfortable. So, if you continue to be very stressed from failures, you will never achieve results and will not become an entrepreneur.

You will not get results and will not win the fight if your body does not transform. It’s the same in business, but it’s very difficult for our psyche to understand this. We either deny, discredit, or find external circumstances that objectively do not allow us to achieve results. And until you change something within yourself, problems will continue to accompany and irritate you.

Failure is a gift, it just means that you were not accurate.

If you are able to analyze the failure correctly, understand where you were wrong, you will no longer step on the same rake. Next time you won’t make a mistake, but what you did, on the contrary, you put into your knowledge base.

Thus, the more mistakes an entrepreneur repeats, the faster his actions become as precise as a surgeon’s scalpel. Accuracy is the result of errors.

The question is - what is the probability of success? If you did the action and it worked for you. Super! Your accuracy has increased, now you know what to do. The brain remembers - oh great - it works, I will repeat it. If you did an action and it didn’t work out, oddly enough, this also increases your accuracy. Your brain understands - this doesn’t work, I won’t repeat it. This is a kind of self-tuning with focusing.

Optimization occurs when you do not blame anyone for your own failures. As soon as a failure occurs, you tend to blame other people. Your accuracy does not increase, but on the contrary, your disappointment towards people and the world as a whole increases. If you learn to correctly interpret your failures, you will fly at the speed of a bullet towards your goal. It will seem to others that you are developing very quickly. Despite the fact that it will look like you are moving slowly as if in a dream. But in fact this will be growth.
