Don't settle for little
In every sense, do not piss. Not in a jar, not morally. Even if everyone in line will go to the examination, stand firm. For divorces like "Oh, you refuse - is there anything to hide?" or "Are you smart?" react calmly. In the end, there are people who do not pee in a state of stress, and have nothing to do with it (“I pee just before your raid, we’re dirty”). “Guys, take them to the doctor in sterile conditions for examination, I don’t pee anywhere.”

Can you resist?
It makes sense to resist if you are sure of your righteousness and lawlessness around. The cameras and the press discipline the fighters well. And the video can be used as evidence in the event of challenging the actions of law enforcement officers.

It may be required that a protocol be drawn up, which clearly states the reasons for the arrest. But in such situations, they usually first load everyone onto the bus, and then they draw up protocols on the spot. Record who detained - the badge of the police officer, the time, ask for a certificate. This will come in handy for appealing and psychologically show that if you are ready to complain about something, it is better to let go than to get involved.

The main thing to do with any arrest, with any restriction of rights, is to demand a lawyer. There is no need to sign anything - just ask for a lawyer and carefully observe what is happening. Silence in this case is gold, and everything said can and will be used against you.

If there is something lying around?

In the department, you need to call the lawyer in the same way and wait for him. They can take your phone away - then you need to prove yourself as a person who knows his basic right: to demand a lawyer and refuse to answer questions before his arrival. Prepare to sit out the full 48 hours and do not try to speed up the situation. This can be done by those who are at large - your friends, relatives, acquaintances. Representatives of POCs (public monitoring commissions) will come to you - you can complain to them that you are not given a lawyer, they must help. Some of those who are in the department will be released - try sending a message with them to family or friends.

Intoxicated
For the use of narcotic or psychotropic substances, they can be arrested for 15 days or fined in the amount of four to five thousand. For refusal to undergo an examination, the responsibility is the same, for storage it is already different, up to a criminal one. I recommend that you refuse to be tested - a record of future use can do more harm than a simple refusal. In any case, the lawyer must be allowed to come to you, so do not give any evidence before his arrival.
