Dedicated to all PP workers.
If you work with PayPal, you probably know about XOOM.
XOOM is a system for sending money to a bank account or to a cashier.
Go to XOOM and select "Create an account - log in with PayPal."
Then, drag and drop all your PayPal data and voila, you're registered!
I won't go into details about warming up and your manipulations to build up your account and prepare it (I'll leave that to your imagination).
Go to the "Send Money" section:
