Can i cash out with a only a msr605x and blank cards using 101?

My question is recent i bought a msr605x that come with blank cards, the thing is if i buy cc info and use the track 1/2 and make a dump from that cc info, can i cash it out at atm? only with the magnetic strip ?? on older atms.
 
Hello.
With this device you can write 101 dump (track1+track2+pin) data onto the magnetic stripe of a blank card.
You can successfully cash out this cloned card only at ATMs without a chip reader, that is, old ATMs that do not access the EMV chip and only read the magnetic stripe.

And what program would we use to record that information on the magnetic stripe?

Hey carding forum, i wanna ask you, how risky is to order such machines, does the goverment knows if this comes to your country because is used for fraud?

Card cloning equipment is sold legally in all countries. There is no risk in buying it. But cashing out other people's cards at ATMs is fraud and is prohibited by law. If you get caught doing this, there could be problems.

Are you 100% confident they will not flag and watch you closely if you buy this item from amazon and ship it to your country>?
 
I study the news regularly. There is not a single case known of a carder being tracked using purchased equipment.
Usually carders are caught red-handed, right at the ATM, when he cashes out money.

How do they get them red handed? shouldn't they study and know them for this?
 
When carders constantly withdraw money from cloned cards at the same ATM. The security service already knows about this and is monitoring it.
Therefore, when cashing out cloned cards, try to withdraw money from different ATMs; it is even better to do this in another county (region or state).
