Whats the average price for a dump? Say I wanted to sell a freshly skimmed card from united kingdom how much should I sell just the dump for? Is there anything that makes the dump more valuable?

I have been lerking around for afew days now and i'm intrested in buying/skimming my own card details but once I get that info (dumps) what can I do with it exactly? This may seem like a stupid question but sinse I cant get the pin I cant clone a card and withdraw money, I cant buy stuff online...
