I want to find store owners in USA or Canada (preferably USA) to install ATM offline. No need to ship the atm, I buy a used atm in your country, open it and put my chip for magstripe and the membrane for the PINs. Data is encrypted and downloaded with bluetooth with laptop. NO NEED TO OPEN ATM...
