Hi I know skimmed dumps are from ATM or POS, but how do they hack tracks+pin? And why is it better skimmed? I mean the info is the same, why would skimmed be better than hacked? many thax :P

So. Is it possible to use checker on national interchange dumps ? I dont want to get on an airplane to try to cash some dumps that can only be cashed in one country and find out they are dead. Checker declines dump. Is it possible it declines because card is for national use only ? Thanks
