I'd suggest getting some books and looking up tutorials on social engineering before diving head on into this topic on more then a hypothetical aspiration. Stores are training on this alot harder now. Some decent advice though. Big ups.

Get a drop. Card ups. I found out that ups is implementing a new security precaution where they check most accounts that aren't shipping FROM an addy based on the cardholders billing address. I've had to social engineer a few drops out of this situation. Sucked... Almost lost some large orders...
