    dump + pin is 99 % of the time a scam, so whoever tells you that they have d+p for sale, they're trying to rip you. As WalterWhite says, sometimes there are d+p ( mostly 201 ) that can be cashed only in some places , and you could get those...

    Usually hotels preauthorize a certain amount on a card, amount that will sometimes be blocked for up to one month. So use cash deposit ( will be higher if staying in luxury places ), that's my only advice.

    LOL @put the card up against a vhs/vcr magnetic head and it will display the pins on screen. Funny :D ! As the text says, if it takes on average 15 guesses to get the PIN with this technique, won't the card be blocked in the ATM after a few tries anyway?
