you cannot use a blank card with just the embossed digits on the card, the card will also have to be printed to look identical to the original card. the card can be either credit or debit depending on the dump. surfer.

HI ALL, As im sure you are all aware the uk is chip & pin and the cards are region blocked which means no cashing out at the atm. so what are the best ways to make money starting out in the carding business ? would really appreciate it if members can give their input on their experiences...
