it depends on the bin which you are using . in some ccs the balance is very low like 1$ or less then that in that case it approves the card instead of declining it or maybe some times checker fault its showing decline ccs approved the shop is very good shop but only some time this happens

some times it happens but this shop is best shop just this shop should keep reguler updates
