You should go for Barracuda, has formgrabbing ( grab passwords ) and DDOS function, and its HTTP botnet. But main problem is stability,it drops bots very badly.

You can try purchasing BOA logins with full info ( which comes with everything you mentioned except signature ) for cheap price. Maybe ask the vendor, he might dig the owners signature from his computer if he runs a botnet.
